ESTE PLAN DE ENTRENAMIENTO ES APTO TANTO PARA PRINCIPIANTES COMO PARA PERSONAS CON EXPERIENCIA PREVIA.
El PDF Incluye:
- Dos fases de 4 semanas de entrenamientos para ver progresos reales en tu cuerpo.
- Calentamiento para realizar antes de cada entreno.
- 4 sesiones de entrenamiento a la semana compuestos por: bíceps y pecho, piernas, espalda y hombros, full body.
- VIDEOS EXPLICATIVOS de cada ejercicio.
- Rutina de abdominales de 10 minutos para añadir a los entrenamientos 2-3 días a la semana.
Material necesario:
- Mancuernas
- Una goma elástica larga
En el caso de tener acceso a más materiales te animo a que los incorpores a los entrenamientos.
